Abstract

Bu calisma; gercek bir insaat projesinin kritik yolunun ve tamamlanma suresinin bulanik faaliyet sureler soz konusu oldu- gunda nasil hesaplanabileceginin gosterilmesi ve literaturde sIk kullanilan durulastirma yontemlerinden ?-kesim ve agirlik merkezi yontemlerinin bu problem ozelinde karsilastirilmasi amacini gutmektedir. Calismada faaliyetlere iliskin sureler, kesin sayilar yerine ucgensel bulanik sayilar seklinde belirlenmis, ag diyagrami Graphviz yazilimi ile gorsellestirilmis, kritik yolun ve proje tamamlanma suresinin bulunmasi icin AMPL cebirsel modelleme diliyle sebeke tipi matematiksel programlama modeli gelistirilmistir. Projeye iliskin kritik yol ve tamamlanma suresi ?-kesim yaklasi- mi ve yaygin kullanilan durulastirma tekniklerinden olan agirlik merkezi yontemiyle bulunarak karsilastirilmistir. Ayrica bulanik sayilarin siralama yontemlerinden olan Yager metoduyla surenin dogrulugu sinanmistir. Insana bagli faaliyetlere iliskin surelerin kesin olarak bilinmesinin mumkun olamayacagi du- suncesinden yola cikilarak, literaturde sIklikla kullanilan klasIk CPM yontemi yerine bulanik CPM yonteminin, kesin sayilar yerine bulanik sayilarin kullanilmasi calismanin onemini ortaya koymaktadir. Ayrica gercek bir insaat projesinin analiz edilmesi calismanin ozgunlugunu olusturmaktadir.
