Abstract

Orgut ve yonetim biliminin temellerinin atildigi 1900’lu yillarin basindan gunumuze kadar birey, grup, orgut ve populasyon duzeyinde dogrudan ve dolayli olarak metaforik yaklasimlardan esinlenen sayisiz analiz birimi ve analiz duzeyinde cesitli calismalar yapilmistir. Bu farkli calismalarin, insan beynindeki etkilesimleri dikkate almamasi orgut ve yonetim alani icerisinde bir eksIklik olarak karsimiza cikmaktadir. Son gunlerde onemi iyice aciga cikan ve yazinda yerini saglamlastiran orgutsel norobilimin, norogoruntuleme tekniklerinden faydalanarak bu alana cok daha zengin bir bakis acisi getirdigi bir gercektir. Ozellikle psIkoteknik degerlendirmelerin yaninda kullanilacak olan norogoruntuleme tekniklerinin yonetimci ve bilimci bakis acilarini genisletecek ve yeni kapilar aralayacaktir.
