Insan Kaynaklari Bilgi Sistemlerine Yonelik Algilarin Teknoloji Kabul Modeli Ile Incelenmesi

Abstract

Insan kaynaklari bilgi sistemleri (IKBS) isletmelerde cesitli nedenlerle giderek daha fazla kullanilmaya baslanmasina ragmen basarisi bircok faktore baglidir. IKBS basarisini etkileyen faktorlerden biri de kullanicilardir. Bu calismanin amaci, insan kaynaklari bilgi sistemleri kullanicilarinin sisteme yonelik algilarinin teknoloji kabul modeli ile incelenmesidir. Teknoloji Kabul Modeli Davis (1985) tarafindan gelistirilmis ve dissal degiskenler, algilanan fayda, algi- lanan kullanim kolayligi, kullanima yonelik tutum, davranisa yonelik niyet ve gerceklesen davranis degiskenlerinden olusmaktadir. Bu calismada dissal degisken olarak yazilim sirketi IKBS egitimi, kurum ici IKBS egitimi, yazilim bilgisi, donanim bilgisi, programlama bilgisi modele dahil edilmis ve degiskenler arasindaki etki incelenmistir. Arastirma kapsaminda Marmara bolgesinde calisan 302 IKBS kullanicisina standardize anket uygulanmis, daha sonra anketler analiz edilmis ve bulgular degerlendirilmistir. Arastirma sonucuna gore; yazilim sirketi IKBS egitimi, kurum ici IKBS egitimi, yazilim bilgisi, donanim bilgisi, programlama bilgisi degiskenlerinin algilanan kullanim kolayligi ve algilanan fayda uzerinde pozitif etkiye sahiptir. Algilanan kullanim kolayligi algilanan fayda uzerinde pozitif etkiye sahiptir. Algilanan kullanim kolayligi ve algi- lanan fayda niyet uzerinde; niyet ise gerceklesen davranis (IKBS kullanimi) uzerinde pozitif etkiye sahiptir. Tutumun niyet uzerinde etkisinin oldugu dusunulmesine ragmen arastirma bulgulari bu dusunceyi desteklememistir.
