Abstract

Bu calismanin temel amaci, kablo sektorunde polietilen tedarikcisi secim kriterlerini belirlemek, kriterler arasi iliskileri ortaya koymak ve kriterlerin onem duzeylerini saptayarak tedarikci secimi uygulamasini gerceklestirmektir. Calismanin bu amaclarina ulasabilmek icin sirasiyla DEMATEL, Analitik Ag Sureci ve VIKOR yontemleri kullanilmistir. Analiz sonuclari, “urun fiyatinin uygunlugu”nun tedarikci seciminde en onemli kriter oldugunu ortaya koymustur. Ayrica en uygun tedarikcinin yer aldigi uzlasIk cozum kumesi, iki firmadan olusmustur.
