Abstract

Bankalarin sermaye yeterlilikleri ve bu konudaki riskleri bertaraf etmeye yonelik olarak duzenlenen Basel III kriterleri ve Turkiye’de en son yururluge giren Yeni Turk Ticaret Kanunu ile ilgili duzenlemelerin dogrudan ve dolayli olarak Turkiye’de faaliyet gosteren KOBI statusundeki isletmelerin finansman sorunlari uzerinde etki yaratacagi aciktir. Bu calismanin amaci, Basel III ve Yeni Turk Ticaret Kanunu’nun KOBI’lerin finansman sorunlari uzerindeki muhtemel etkilerinin ortaya konulmasidir. Calismada KOBI’lerin finansal konularini iceren duzenlemeler irdelenmis ve elde edilen sonuclar ortaya konulmustur.
