Abstract

Gunumuzde girisimcilik tum ulkeler icin desteklenmesi gereken bir olgu olarak gorulmektedir. Bu baglamda ozellikle calisma yasamlarinin basinda olan universite ogrencilerinin, girisimci niyetler tasimalari da son derece onemlidir. Bu calismada, universitelerin spor bilimleri alaninda ogrenim goren 185 ogrenciden anket yontemiyle elde edilen veriler isiginda, demografik faktorlerin ve ogrencilerin kisilik ozelliklerinin og-rencilerin girisimcilik niyetlerini nasil etkiledigi arastirilmistir.Verilerin degerlendirilmesi, tek yonlu varyan analizi (ANOVA), korelâsyon ve regresyon analizleri ile yapilmistir. Sonuc olarak, ogrencilerin yas, cinsiyet, onceki is deneyimi ve ailenin aylik gelirinin ogrencilerin girisimcilik niyetlerini farklilastirdigi; kontrol odagi ve oz yeterlilik ozelliklerinin ise girisimcilik niyet-lerini etkiledigi gorulmustur.
