Cay Sektorundeki Kamu Calisanlarinin Orgutsel Kultur ve Orgutsel Vatandaslik Davranisi Algilari

Abstract

Bu calismada, cay sektorundeki kamu isletmesi (KIT) calisanlarinin orgutsel kultur ve orgutsel vatandaslik davranisi algilari incelenmektedir. Arastirmada ayrica, soz konusu algilarin calisanlarin cinsiyet ve gorevlerine bagli olarak farklilasip farklilasmadigi test edilmekte, ayrica orgutsel vatandaslik davranisi algilari orgutsel kultur algilarindan kestirilmeye calisilmaktadir. Orgutsel Kultur Olcegi (Ipek, 1999) ve Orgutsel Vatandaslik Davranisi Olcegi (VigodaGadot vd., 2007) ile 109 calisandan veriler toplanmistir. Arastirma sonucunda, orgutsel kultur ve orgutsel vatandaslik davranisi algilarinin orta duzeyde oldugu; orgutsel vatandaslik davranisinin kurumsal sorumluluk boyutunda erkek calisanlarin algilarinin kadin calisanlarin algilarindan; bireysel sorumluluk boyutunda ise muhendislerin algilarinin memurlarin algilarindan daha yuksek oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ayrica, calisanlarin orgutsel vatandaslik davranisi algilarinin orgutsel kultur algilarindan istatistiksel olarak kestirilebildigi anlasilmistir.
