Abstract

Bu arastirmanin oncelikli amaci, ilkogretim ve ortaogretim dengi okullarda gorev yapan ogretmenlerin is doyumu ve mesleki tukenmislik duzeyleri arasindaki iliskilerin incelenmesidir. Ikincil olarak, arastirmaya katilan ogretmenlerin is doyumu ile tukenmislik duzeylerinin hangi sosyo-demografik degiskenlere gore farkliliklar gosterip gostermediginin arastirilmasidir. Arastirmada is doyumu; Smith, Kendall ve Hulin (1969) tarafindan olusturulan “Is Betimleme Olcegi” ile olculmustur. Mesleki tukenmislik ise, Maslach ve Jackson (1981) tarafindan gelistirilen “Maslach Tukenmislik Envanteri” ile olculmustur. Arastirmada sosyo demografik soru formuna da yer verilmistir. Uygulama, Izmir ilinin Kemalpasa ilcesinde yer alan ilkogretim ve ortaogretim okullarinda gorev yapan toplam 224 ogretmen ile gerceklestirilmistir. Uygulamadan elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizleri yapilarak is doyumu ve mesleki tukenmislik ile sosyo-demografik degiskenler arasin-daki iliskiler ortaya konmuþtur.
