Tedarik Zinciri Esnekligine Yonelik Butunlesik Bir Olcum Modeli

Abstract

Tedarik zincirlerinin degisen pazarlara ve musteri isteklerine uyum yeteneginin olcusu tedarik zinciri esnekligi olarak adlandirilmaktadir. Rekabet gucunu arttirmak ve korumak isteyen tedarik zincirlerinin, esneklik duzeylerini gelistirmeleri gerekmektedir. Yazinda esneklik kavrami cogunlukla fonksiyonel acidan ya da isletme esnekligi olarak ele alinmaktadir. Tedarik zincirinin tumunu goz onunde bulunduran butunlesik bir tedarik zinciri esnekligi kavrami uzerine yapilan calismalara daha az rastlanmaktadir. Bu nedenle bu calismada tedarik zinciri esnekligini butunlesik olarak olcebilecek bir olcum modeli gelistirilmeye calisilmistir. Gelistirilen model, tedarik zinciri esnekligini uc duzeyde (merkez isletme, birinci duzey tedarikci ve birinci duzey musteri) ve bes boyutta olcmektedir.
