Lider-Uye Etkilesimi Ile Isten Ayrilma Niyeti Arasindaki Iliski Uzerinde Cinsiyetin Etkisi

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci, lider-uye etkilesimi ile isten ayrilma niyeti arasindaki iliski uzerinde cinsiyetin etkisini belirlemektir. Arastirma, Mugla ilinde turizm, gida ve tasimacilik alanlarinda faaliyette bulunan isletmelerde calisan 203 kisiye bir anket yapilarak gerceklesmistir. Yapilan analizler sonucunda, lideruye etkilesimi ile isten ayrilma niyeti arasinda anlamli ve negatif yonde bir iliski oldugu bulunmustur. Bundan baska, cinsiyetin ve lider-uye etkilesiminin isten ayrilma niyetini onemli olcude etkiledigi ortaya cikmistir. Bu arastirma sonucunda, isten ayrilma niyeti uzerinde lider-uye etkilesimi ile cinsiyetin birlikte etkisinin var oldugu ve bu iliskinin kadin calisanlar icin erkeklerden daha kuvvetli oldugu bulunmustur. Sonuc olarak, isten ayrilma niyetinin anlasilmasi acisindan hem cinsiyetin hem de lider-uye etkilesiminin dikkate alinmasi geregi vurgulanmaktadir.
