Oblikovanje matematickog modela za analizu meduodnosa izmedu odabranih makroekonomskih velicina

Abstract

Današnje integralne ubrzane promjene (pokretanja) dobrano su zahvatile brojne sektore nacionalnog gospodarstva i društva Republike Hrvatske. Te ceste promjene uzrokuje povece djelovanje otvorenih globalnih ekonomskih procesa. Osobito se brže promjene dogadaju u gospodarstvu kroz jace širenje i primjene visoke, nove telekomunikacijske i informaticke tehnologije, a posebice inovativnim globaliziranim poduzetništvom. Dakako, uz siloviti prodor visoke tehnologije i novi globalni izazovi postaju jamstveno dominirajuci bitni cinitelji uspjeha i novi izvor konkurencije u svjetskom nadmetanju. Stoga se danas na globalnoj utakmici pretežito ostvaruje nacionalno bogatstvo i postiže ekonomija obima ovisno o najnovijim i najboljim kvalitetnim znanjima ljudskih resursa. Samo na taj nacin može se provesti neophodan zaokret - iskorak prema sigurnom i željenom napretku u razvitku gospodarstva. Naravno, stalno povecanje kao i ubrzano širenje ovih utjecaja donose odnosno generiraju sve složenije meduodnose u društvu i gospodarstvu. Dakle, tako složeni interaktivni meduodnosi u gospodarstvu traže i zahtijevaju uporabu potpuno novih, a ponajprije svrsishodnih prepoznatljivih matematickih modela u procesu strateškog upravljanja. Naravno, ovako valjani orijentirani pristup svakako je potpora za ostvarivanje - postizanje njegove stalne i trajne ravnoteže i stabilnosti. Upravo je zbog toga potrebito nadvladati poželjne meduodnose koji se neprekidno zbivaju i odigravaju te ih funkcionalno povezati i valjano regulirati - dovesti u poželjne racionalno i optimalne okvire. No, za ostvarivanje ovih dosega važno je naglasiti potrebu izgradnje i uporabe kvantitativnih, a posebno onih matematickih modela. Dakako, u tom se kontekstu nalaže i namece geometrijski pristup u njegovoj izgradnji. Stoga se posebno za pripomoc konstruira geometrijski lik. U tu svrhu oko polukruga polumjera r opisan je jednakokracan trokut s postavljenim pravokutnim trokutima uz zadane katete i hipotenuze. Ako se na definirane pravokutne trokute primijene trigonometrijske funkcije, dobivaju se odredene matematicke relacije. Tim se relacijama iskazuju meduodnosi kao i promjene izmedu odabranih makroekonomskih veli- cina. Tako se njima u ovom radu iskazuju odnosi i veze izmedu ponude (uvoza i bruto domaceg proizvoda BDP-a), s jedne strane, i finalne tra- žnje (izvoza, osobne potrošnje, državne potrošnje, investicija u kapital i promjene zaliha), s druge strane, u Republici Hrvatskoj u razdoblju 1997. do 2005. godine. Pri tome je bitno naglasiti i istaci da njegova uporaba u analizi nije vremenski zadana. Dakle, potrebita analiza meduodnosa može se provest posve brzo u kracim i dužim razdobljima. Nadalje, ovim se pristupom omogucava postupno prevladavanje kriznog i akutnog gospodarskog stanja kroz iznalaženje racionalnih i optimalnih rješenja, kao važnim korisnim osloncem u kreiranju djelotvorne ekonomske vanjskotrgovinske politike.
