Horizontalno partnerstvo u funkciji lokalnog i regionalnog razvoja

Abstract

Posljednjih dvadesetak godina Hrvatsku karakterizira produbljivanje nerazmjera u regionalnom razvoju. Nerazvijenost i tehnološko zaostajanje poljoprivrede i industrije jedni su od ?imbenika koji pridonose nepovoljnoj poziciji ruralnih krajeva te manje razvijenih urbanih sredina. Iako državne institucije provode brojne programe regionalnog razvoja, to nije dostatno. Nužno je promovirati umrežavanje izme?u stanovništva, poduze?a, institucija i administrativnih jedinica na lokalnoj razini, kao i povezivanja s drugim regijama kako bi se kroz poslovna partnerstva podržao lanac stvaranja vrijednosti unutar tržišne mreže proizvo?a?a, dobavlja?a i kupaca. Horizontalno partnerstvo pruža mogu?nost horizontalnog transfera informacija, samoinicijativu te angažman ve?eg broja interesnih skupina koje mogu imati ekonomsku korist od razvoja lokalnih jedinica i regija te su spremni na tržišno ponašanje radi zajedni?kog cilja. Poljoprivreda je jedno od podru?ja gdje umrežavanje i horizontalno partnerstvo može pridonijeti bržem tehnološkom napretku, pove?anju profitabilnosti, ve?em interesu kreditora te boljem i sigurnijem plasmanu proizvoda.
