Hrvatski model gospodarskog rasta: Dosezi i ograni?enja

Abstract

Bilanca i interakcija ukupnih doga?anja na globalnoj i nacionalnoj sceni unutar protekla dva desetlje?a u bitnom su odredili i doga?aje na ekonomskom planu za Republiku Hrvatsku. Temeljno pozicioniranje i strukturiranje ekonomske politike i ekonomskih doga?anja kao alata ostvarivanja ?esto i pretežno kratkoro?nih politi?kih ciljeva, uzrokovalo je distorzije na ukupnom razvojnom kapacitetu nacije, a sukladno tome i u ukupnim postignu?ima tog razdoblja. Koncepcija ostvarivanja znatnijih stopa gospodarskog rasta vezano uz porast vanjskog zaduživanja gra?ana, države i poslovnog sektora, poglavito za finalnu potrošnju i podmirivanje deficita države, te istovremeno sustavno zanemarivanje poticanja industrijskog sektora i izvozne komponente, znatno limitira potencijale za budu?i razvoj. Danas, i još zna?ajnije, u uvjetima produženog trajanja globalne krize, to postaje i dodatno složana situacija koja ne omogu?uje jednostavna rješenja. Što u?initi, kako se pozicionirati unutar EU i globalno u idu?em kratkoro?- nom i srednjoro?nom razdoblju, bitni su izazovi za ukupnu nacionalnu politiku, a u tom kontekstu i neposredno i ekonomsku politiku.
