Oblikovanje matemati?kog modela za analizu me?uodnosa prihoda državnog prora?una i bruto doma?eg proizvoda (BDP-a)

Abstract

Promjene što ih pokre?u visoka tehnologija (telekomunikacijska i informati?ka) i proces globalizacije odnosno širenja tržišta donose dinami?nu, rastu?u i složenu ekonomiju. Potpuna distribucija znanja i ja?anje poduzetništva pridonose i poti?u njen ubrzani razvitak. Takvi procesi uvjetuju napuštanje tradicionalne (hijerarhijske) metode i modele upravljanja koji ustupaju mjesto kvantitativnih (matemati?kim) i mrežnim metodama i modelima koje se stalno šire i usavršavaju. Strategija upravljanja složenim procesima u cijelosti se ostvaruju rabe?i kvantitativne, a posebno matemati?ke metode i modele. Njihova šira uporaba omogu?ava potpuna ispitivanja odnosa i veza promatranih veli?ina u gospodarstvu i odre?uju se racionalna rješenja. U takvom se odre?enju u ovom radu izvodi jedan takav matemati?ki model. Njime se prikazuju odnosi i veze izme?u bruto doma?eg proizvoda (BDP-a) i prihoda državnog prora?una Republike Hrvatske u razdoblju od 1994. do 2008. godine. Me?uovisnost izme?u odabranih makroekonomskih veli?ina (nezavinsih i zavisnih) ispituje se regresijskom analizom. Daljnja cjelovita sagledavanja njihovih me?uodnosa iskazuju se kroz primjenu matemati?ke metode stati?ih momenata i koordinata težišta u pravokutnim koorinatama. Na taj se na?in utvr?uju racionalni (optimalni) me?uodnosi izme?u makroekonomskih veli?ina Republike Hrvatske. Njihova cjelovita dimenzioniranja dovode do ravnoteže optimalnih tokova prijeko potrebnih za brži društveni i gospodarski razvitak.
