Osiguranje razvoja u procesu globalizacije

Abstract

U zadnjem valu globalizacije ekonomije su ostvarile osjetan razvoj. Financijska globalizacija donosi znacajne koristi, ali i krize. U mnogo slucajeva uzrocnikom krize smatraju se nedostaci ekonomske i monetarne politike. To ne smije znaciti kraj procesa globalizacije. Autor preporucuje razrješenje tri znacajna podrucja pitanja kako bismo ponovno postigli održivi rast: zaustaviti razvoj protekcionizma, proširiti regulaciju i nadzor banaka i na ostale financijske institucije, ponovno osposobiti MMF za povratak politickog legitimiteta.
