Kibernetski neokolonijalizam II: IMF i Transnacionalne korporacije (TNK) - partneri na globalnom planu

Abstract

U uvjetima globalizacije svjetskoga gospodarstva, tj. U uvjetima kibernetskog neokolonijalizma položaj male srednje razvijene zemlje dobiva nove dimenzije: izbor strategije gospodarskog rasta i razvitka u uvjetima funkcionalne integracije svjetske ekonomije nije stvar izbora doticne zemlje. Njezina razvojna i ekonomska politika nije izolirana, neovisna i vocena nacionalnim interesima. Mijenja se njezina dimenzija komparativnih prednosti. Ona postaje ne samo price taker, nego je i rule taker. Ako je k tome zemlja i zadužena, kao što je Republika Hrvatska, onda ona mora formulirati svoju gospodarsku strategiju i svoju ekonomsku politiku na taj nacin da što manje odstupa od pravila igre koja diktiraju temeljni subjekti svjetske ekonomije, a to su danas transnacionalne korporacije. Svakako, u prijelaznom razdoblju k punoj globalizaciji svjetskoga gospodarstva to su i velike zemlje, osobito supersile, koje su kako price settersi tako i rule makersi.
