Abstract

This article provides a review of current and projected IP-related developments in the evolving nanomedicine field. Topics covered include patentability, scope and clarity, transfer of technology, patent drafting skills, trends in innovation, R&D agreements, IP clauses for cooperation and the IP licensing environment.
