Abstract

The overall goal of a project currently in progress in Canada, Project Delta, is to forecasts transformations in Canadian society during the medium term of 1976-1991 which could potentially affect public telecommunications and, reciprocally, to assess likely changes in the telecommunications milieu which could affect the other areas of our society. The following is a summary of the final report on Stage 1 of Project Delta.
