A note on “Cluster synchronization of fractional-order directed networks via intermittent pinning control”

Abstract

In this note, some comments are pointed out to the paper Zhou (2019). As fractional calculus is of memory property and relevant to initial condition, the initial value is a necessary condition of Lemma 2 in this paper. It is also confirmed that the proof process and the main conclusion are incorrect. Some examples are taken to verify our analysis.
