From nano to micro between EMT and N-flux scattering theories

Author

Listed:
  • Lafait, J.

Abstract

Models accounting for the optical properties of non-scattering and scattering media with complex morphologies are reviewed. The emphasis is put on non-scattering media near the percolation threshold and scattering media with high scatterer concentration. The connection with experiment on real systems and applications in envisaged.
