Abstract

This article deals with the issue of diversity at school and looks in particular at the reality of the Moroccan school. The objective of this study is to analyze the perceptions of students and teachers of diversity, gender and ethnic diversity in the school environment. A qualitative survey carried out in a Moroccan college in the public sector provides insight into the process of education and otherness in a school characterized by diversity. We question the mechanisms of diversity at school in order to verify whether diversity at school is inclusive and contributes to equality between students.
