Appropriation De La Competence Interculturelle : Le Cas Des Etudiantes Saoudiennes

Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif d'aider les etudiantes saoudiennes, a developper leur competence interculturelle, developper en elles une attitude d'empathie, d'ouverture d'esprit et de respect envers l'alterite, et ce faisant, de se comporter de facon appropriee avec autrui au cours des interactions authentiques, et ce, en les entrainant a s’approprier des aspects linguistiques et interculturels au travers des situations authentiques mises en place au cours des activites ludiques. Celles-ci sont mises en place par un logiciel d’activites (smart class +), au cours desquelles les etudiantes sont placees en immersion totale, ou elles sont amenees a agir et a reagir. L'acquisition de la competence interculturelle aide l’individu a etre conscient de la diversite et de l'alterite, a comprendre les mecanismes qui conditionnent les echanges avec des personnes de cultures differentes. Cette competence interculturelle s’avere etre l’outil le plus efficace pour approfondir ses connaissances, et sa richesse intellectuelle et affective. Ce qui permet a l’individu de communiquer, adequatement, avec des personnes originaires de milieux culturels et linguistiques divers.
