El déficit del ciclo de vida en el Perú. Una estimación basada en el sistema de cuentas nacionales de transferencias

Abstract

Este estudio tiene por objeto presentar la estimación del ciclo de vida en el Perú sobre la base de datos del año 2007, en el marco del proyecto sobre cuentas nacionales de transferencias (CNT). Las CNT son una herramienta útil para monitorear el alcance del llamado bono demográfico mediante la construcción de la relación de dependencia económica, y además constituyen un criterio adicional para establecer el grado de prioridad de las decisiones de inversión en capital humano del Estado a medio plazo. Al respecto, se incluye un ejercicio para comparar, en el nivel regional, los resultados correspondientes a la relación de dependencia económica (RDE) con los relativos al indicador tradicional de la relación de dependencia.
