Dijitalleþme ve Covid-19 Pandemisi Arasýndaki Ýliþki: Uygulamalý Bir Analiz

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemisinin zaten artmakta olan dünyamýzýn dijitalleþmesini baþ döndürücü þekilde artýrdýðý yadsýnamaz bir gerçektir. Bu çalýþmada 2015-2020 yýllarý arasýnda 27 AB ülkesi ve Ýngiltere için AB tarafýndan objektif verilere dayalý olarak oluþturulan DESI(Dijitalleþme) endeksi ile makroekonomik göstergelerin arasýnda en önde gelen göstergelerden biri olan gayri safi yurtiçi hasýla verileri kullanýldý. Deðiþkenler arasýnda tespit edilen eþbütünleþme iliþkisi sonucunda 2020 yýlý için beklenen ve gerçekleþen deðerler oransal olarak karþýlaþtýrýlarak Covid-19 pandemisinin dijitalleþme üzerindeki radikal etkisi nümerik olarak analiz edilmiþtir.
