Ham Petrol Fiyatlarýndaki Deðiþim, Parasal Göstergeler, Enflasyon ve Büyüme Ýliþkisi: Türkiye Örneði

Abstract

Küreselleþmeyle beraber artan uluslararasý entegrasyon hareketleri, ülke makroekonomik performansýný etkileyen deðiþkenler arasýndaki iliþkinin yönünü doðru belirlemeyi gerekli kýlmaktadýr. Dýþa açýk ekonomilerde özellikle enerji girdisi olarak kullanýlan petrol, pek çok makroekonomik gösterge ile iliþkilendirilmekte ve politika yapýcýlarý birtakým kararlar almak durumunda býrakmaktadýr. Bu amaçla çalýþmada petrol ithalatçýsý ülkelerden biri olan Türkiye’de alýnan para politikasý kararlarý, enflasyon ve ekonomik büyüme göstergelerindeki deðiþimlerin, ham petrol fiyatlarý ile ilintisi incelenmektedir. Deðiþkenler arasýndaki eþbütünleþme iliþkisi aylýk 2006:01-2020:01 verileri kullanýlarak ARDL Sýnýr Testi yaklaþýmý ile sýnanýrken yine deðiþkenler arasýndaki nedensellik iliþkisi Toda Yamamoto nedensellik testi ile analiz edilmiþtir.
