Turkiye’de Hayvancilik Desteklerinin Yurt Ici Kirmizi Et Fiyatlarina Etkisi

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci Turkiye’de 1990-2018 donemi icin hayvancilik sektorune verilen desteklerin yurt ici kirmizi et fiyatlari uzerindeki etkisini zaman serisi analizleri ile incelemektir. Ilk olarak degiskenlerin duraganlik analizi birim kok testleri ile gerceklestirilmis ve degiskenler arasinda uzun donemli bir iliski olup olmadigi VAR’a (Vector Autoregression) dayali Johansen esbutunlesme testi ile incelenmistir. Daha sonra VECM (Vector Eror Correction Model) ile kisa donemde meydana gelen soklarin kac donem sonra duzeldigi arastirilmistir. Elde edilen bulgularla desteklerin kirmizi et fiyatlari uzerinde negatif etkisi oldugu tespit edilmistir. Destekleme miktarindaki %1’lik artisin kirmizi et fiyatlarini %0,26 azalttigi belirlenmistir. Refahtaki her %1’lik artis ise, fiyatlar uzerinde %0,89 artisa sebep olurken kirmizi et tuketimindeki her %1 artisa karsilik %1’lik bir fiyat artisi ortaya cikartmaktadir. Ayni zamanda uzun donemde meydana gelecek herhangi bir sokun %75’inin takip eden yil duzeldigi gorulmustur.
