Abstract

Teror orgutleri amaclari dogrultusunda eylem faaliyetlerini gerceklestirmek ve orgut icin gerekli donanimlari saglayabilmek amaciyla finansal destege ihtiyac duymaktadirlar. Teror orgutleri finansal destek icin legal ve illegal finans kaynaklari olusturarak orgutsel mekanizmayi devam ettirirler. Terorle mucadele kavraminda yasal kurumlar tarafindan olusturulan guvenlik tedbirlerini alt edebilmek icin cesitli yasal kamuflaj yontemleri gelistirerek gelir elde ederler. Teror orgutlerinin finans kaynaklari yasal gorunumlu ticarethaneler ve kucuk isletmeler olabilecegi gibi uluslararasi duzeyde uyusturucu, silah, gocmen kacakciligi, gasp soygun, sahte urunler ve harac toplama gibi yasadisi faaliyetlerde olabilmektedir. Bu calismada literatur calismasi yapilarak, uluslararasi duzeyde ulkelerin ekonomik problemlerinden biri haline gelmis ayrica kayit disi ekonomi kapsamina giren suc ekonomisinin unsurlarindan biri olan teror orgutlerinin finans kaynaklarinin boyutu ve kapsami arastirilarak kayit disi ekonomi ile olan iliskisi aciklanmaya calisilmistir.
