Doðrudan Yabancý Sermaye Yatýrýmlarý, Ekonomik Büyüme ve Dýþa Açýklýk Ýliþkisi: Balkan Ülkeleri için Ampirik Bir Analiz

Abstract

Bu çalýþma, Balkan Ülkelerinde doðrudan yabancý sermaye yatýrýmlarý, ekonomik büyüme ve dýþa açýklýk arasýndaki nedensellik iliþkilerini, yatay-kesit baðýmlýlýðý dikkate alan ikinci nesil panel veri yöntemleri kullanarak 1996-2017 dönemi için araþtýrmaktadýr. Yatay kesit baðýmlýlýk ve eðim katsayýlarý homojenlik test sonuçlarýna göre model yatay kesit baðýmlýdýr ve hesaplanacak eðim katsayýlarý heterojendir. Deðiþkenler arasýndaki nedensellik iliþkileri, yatay kesit baðýmlýlýðý dikkate alan ve ülke bazlý sonuçlar elde etmeye olanak saðlayan Konya (2006) panel nedensellik modeliyle incelenmiþtir. Analiz sonuçlarý þu þekilde özetlenebilir: i) Doðrudan yabancý yatýrýmlar ve gelir arasýnda zayýf bir nedensellik iliþkisi mevcuttur. ii) Dýþa açýklýk ve gelir arasýnda zayýf bir nedensellik iliþkisi mevcuttur.
