Abstract

Karar verme, ihtiyaçlara yönelik bilinçli veya bilinçsiz bir þekilde yapýlan seçimlerdir. Karar verme olgusu, zaman içerisinde deðiþmiþ ve bilimsel karar verme tekniklerinin ortaya çýkmasýna sebep olmuþtur. Çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden olan Analitik Hiyerarþi (AHP) ve Analitik Að (ANP) Yöntemleri, karar verme sürecinde nitel ve nicel kriterlerin tümünü hesaba katarak karar sürecine etkili bir biçimde yardýmcý olmaktadýr. Bu çalýþmada müþterilerin otomobil seçim yaklaþýmlarý incelenmiþ, satýn almada dikkat edilen kriterler tespit edilmiþ, AHP ve ANP yöntemleri ile kriterler önceliklendirilmiþtir. ANP ve AHP yöntemlerinin farklýlýklarý ifade edilmiþ, uygulamadaki sonuçlarý karþýlaþtýrýlmýþtýr.
