Estudio de la Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas. Aplicaciones a las empresas de Gran Canaria

Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas es una de las apuestas de futuro en Europa. Los planteamientos de RSC se caracterizan por el deseo incorporar en su gestión un conjunto de directrices que tengan como resultados acciones positivas (éticas, solidarias y medioambientales) frente a los grupos de interés. Para medir la percepción que tienen los empresarios en materia de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, hemos recopilado información mediante encuestas. La explotación estadística muestra que los empresarios son demasiados optimistas cuando creen que actúan bajo criterios de Responsabilidad Social, hecho que hemos confirmado a partir de las encuestas paralelas realizadas a los consumidores.
