Abstract

In a context of plenty of qualifications, in an economy like the Andalusian, one with a strong imbalance on his labour market, the evaluation realized by the market of the human capital acquired by the workpeople can turn out to be reduced, besides regional differences can take place in the wages perceived by the individuals, if this growth has not been homogeneous. This work tries to confirm these hypotheses, calculating the valuations of yield deprived of the education in Spain and verifying if discrepancies exist in the wage behavior of the Andalusians with regard to the rest of Spanish, based on the information proceeding from the PHOGUE.
