El Impacto De La Universidad En El Ámbito Económico Y Del Conocimiento. El Caso De La Universidad De Lleida
Abstract
Las universidades son instituciones que ofrecen educación, investigación y desarrollo económico en el territorio que se establecen. Los principales impactos de la universidad sobre el territorio son de dos tipos. El primero deriva del gasto que hacen las universidades y afecta directa e indirectamente la demanda local y estimula la producción. El segundo, el impacto sobre el conocimiento, está relacionado con la generación, aplicación y explotación del conocimiento universitario fuera del ámbito académico. Este efecto está ganando protagonismo y en cambio es el menos investigado. Este estudio se ha realizado con dos objetivos fundamentales. El primero, estudiar el impacto generado por la Universidad de Lleida (UdL) en la economía local, a partir de la metodología input-output y el segundo, analizar el impacto de la UdL sobre el conocimiento a partir del modelo propuesto por Bozeman (2000).Download Info
