Abstract

En este artículo se exponen los principales factores que han de tenerse en cuenta a la hora de desarrollar proyectos de suministro de energía en países en desarrollo. Las conclusiones de este artículo se han obtenido a partir del desarrollo de un cuestionario distribuido entre expertos en todo el mundo a finales de 2004 y que tenía como objetivo valorar diferentes propuestas de organización y financiación de proyectos de energía en entornos rurales.
