Procesos de integracion en el Magreb y Africa Subsahariana

Abstract

Este trabajo es una primera aproximacion al proceso de integracion de la CEMAC y al comercio exterior del area. Una primera cuestion a resolver es el nivel educativo, el cual contribuye al desarrollo económico, pero el gasto publico en educacion en Africa es minimo, y en la mayor parte de los casos es muy dificil aumentarlo dados los bajos niveles de PIB por habitante. En segundo lugar debe potenciarse la integracion de Africa, cuyo éxito dependerá en gran medida de la estabilidad y fortaleza institucional, el consenso político y una buena infraestructura.
