Abstract

V začetnem delu je prispevek namenjen raziskovanju teoretičnih osnov pri finančnemu ocenjevanju sprejemljivosti oz. perspektivnosti naložb, drugi del pa predstavlja aplikacijo na konkretnem primeru vlaganja podjetja X v podjetje Y d.o.o., pri čemer se pojavlja problem, ali bo sprejetje predlagane naložbe prispevalo k povečanju vrednosti podjetja X ali ne.
