Bauproduktion 2007: fortgesetzte Expansion bei deutlich erhöhtem Preisniveau

Abstract

Trotz der überaus positiven Entwicklung im 1. Quartal 2007 ist nicht zu übersehen, dass sich in der Bauwirtschaft eine Spaltung der Konjunktur abzeichnet. Der Wohnungsbau wird zurückfallen; im gewerblichen Bau wird man dagegen mit konstant hohen Zuwächsen rechnen können. Das gesamte Bauvolumen wird in diesem Jahr insgesamt preisbereinigt um 2 % wachsen - nach 5 % in 2006. Der Preisanstieg wird aufgrund von Steuer- und Kostenerhöhungen sowie steigenden Gewinnmargen im Jahresdurchschnitt auf etwa 6 ½ % veranschlagt. Nominal gesehen wird das Bauvolumen in Deutschland 2007 mit fast 8 ½ % nochmals stärker zunehmen als im Vorjahr.
