Gesamtwirtschaftliche Verlangsamung hat sich zum Jahresende 2001 verstärkt: die ersten Ergebnisse der volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnung für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland für das vierte Quartal 2001

Abstract

Zu Beginn dieses Jahres hat das Statistische Bundesamt - wie zu diesem Zeitpunkt üblich - eine erste vorläufige Berechnung der wichtigsten Aggregate der volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnung für das Jahr 2001 veröffentlicht. Die vom DIW Berlin hier vorgelegten ersten Ergebnisse für das vierte Quartal führen für das Jahr 2001 mit 0,5 % zu einer Wachstumsrate, die etwas niedriger ist als das amtliche Jahresergebnis (0,6 %). Dies resultiert einerseits daraus, dass inzwischen mehr statistische Informationen über die letzten Monate des Jahres 2001 vorliegen. Andererseits könnten die bislang für das Jahr 2001 veröffentlichten Quartalsdaten korrigiert worden sein.
