Dieser Bericht wurde erarbeitet von folgenden wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Forschungsinstituten: Deutsches Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung, Berlin, Institut für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung, Nürnberg, Institut für Weltwirtschaft an der Universität Kiel, Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung Halle, Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung, Mannheim.
