Zur Entwicklung auf dem Lehrstellenmarkt in Ostdeutschland: immer noch zu wenig betriebliche Ausbildungsplätze

Abstract

Nach neuesten Meldungen ist in Ostdeutschland die Lehrstellenlücke im Verlauf des Jahres 1994 stark verkleinert worden. Dazu hat wesentlich die Einrichtung außerbetrieblicher Ausbildungsplätze durch staatliche Instanzen beigetragen. Dennoch fehlen zu Beginn des neuen Ausbildungsjahres rund 6 000 Ausbildungsplätze. Diese Angaben unterzeichnen freilich - wie in den Vorjahren auch - die Probleme auf dem ostdeutschen Lehrstellenmarkt erheblich, denn ein beträchtlicher Teil der Bewerber für eine Lehrstelle weicht infolge des unzureichenden Angebots auf andere Bildungsmaßnahmen aus oder verzichtet ganz auf eine weitere Ausbildung.
