Lebhafte Bautätigkeit in Deutschland

Abstract

Das Bauvolumen in Deutschland hat in diesem Jahr weiter zugenommen. Nach einem Anstieg um 8,8 vH im Jahre 19921äßt der Verlauf von Nachfrage und Produktion 1993 einen Zuwachs des realen Bauvolumens in Höhe von 4,5 vH erwarten. Die Bauwirtschaft ist somit die wichtigste Wachstumsbranche in Deutschland, die die Auswirkungen der Rezession in der Industrie auf den Arbeitsmarkt und die Einkommensentwicklung in Grenzen hält. Im Jahre 1994 dürfte die Leistung der deutschen Bauwirtschaft ebenfalls mit etwa 4,5 vH expandieren. Während die Bautätigkeit in Ostdeutschland weiter kräftig zunehmen wird, dürfte sie in Westdeutschland eher eine moderate Entwicklung aufweisen. Der Schwerpunkt der Bauaktivität liegt in West- wie in Ostdeutschland im Bereich des Wohnungsbaus.
