Die Vermögenseinkommen der privaten Haushalte 1992

Abstract

Im vergangenen Jahr stockten die privaten Haushalte ihr Geldvermögen in Deutschland um 250 Mrd. DM auf. Dabei fiel die Geldvermögensbildung in Westdeutschland (215 Mrd. DM) um 8 Mrd. DM geringer, in Ostdeutschland (35 Mrd. DM) um 16 Mrd. DM stärker aus als im Jahr davor. Weitere 48 Mrd. DM sind 1992 - fast ausschließlich im alten Bundesgebiet - in die Eigenheimfinanzierung geflossen. Der Geldvermögensbestand der privaten Haushalte belief sich am Ende 1992 auf 3,6 Bill. DM. Der Durchschnittsbetrag des Geldvermögens je Haushalt ist in den alten Bundesländern von 113 000 DM (1991) auf 119 000 DM (1992), in den neuen Bundesländern von 25 000 DM (1991) auf 31 000 DM (1992) gestiegen. Die Streuung der Vermögensbestände ist allerdings groß. Die durchschnittliche Verschuldung der westdeutschen Haushalte lag 1991 etwas unter und 1992 etwas über 11 000 DM; die der ostdeutschen Haushalte nahm von 1 600 DM (1991) auf 2 200 DM (1992) zu. Aus ihrem Geldvermögen sind den privaten Haushalten 1992 Zinsen und Dividenden (vor Steuerabzug) in Höhe von 201 Mrd. DM zugeflossen; davon entfiel mit 8 Mrd. DM nur ein geringer Teil der Vermögenseinkommen auf die ostdeutschen Haushalte. Durchschnittlich bezogen die Haushalte im alten Bundesgebiet 6 400 DM, die in den neuen Bundesländern 1 300 DM an Zinseinkünften.
