Abstract

This article analyzes the spectrum of global risk cascades triggered by the Ukraine war and examines the changes in global risk prevention policy that result from it. With the help of the concept of “global systemic risks”, the most important global consequences of the war in Ukraine are described and their propagation pathways and control variables are analyzed. In conclusion, the most important requirements for the UN’s risk management, reconstruction and preparedness policies are identified.
