Abstract

(VA)This essay questions the integration of innovative practices and its effects on the roles, functions and responsibilities of territorial actors. More specifically, it invites us to go beyond the paradigm of public action management, to better understand the challenges of territorial innovation management, by integrating the functions of local management into a collective logistics paradigm. In doing so, the reconfiguration of roles and responsibilities required by the logistics paradigm requires capacities to manage the mobilization of territorial actors and the role tensions that accompany changes as a result of territorial innovations.
