Abstract

(VA) This contribution proposes to address the issue related to the strategic choices of hybrid organizations through a fine analysis of their business models. It aims to understand how companies belonging to a hybrid field are able to position themselves within their sector according to their purposes. On the empirical level, this research examines three cases of service companies based on a quantitative classification and characterized by distinct strategies. Three different business models were analyzed: those focused on human capital, on the social image and on marketing. The results of this research relativize the traditional assumptions about the importance of the environment and thus moderate its impact on the evolution of these business models.
