Abstract

Do they come from manager’s core paradigms and guiding values or do they originate from the strategic CSR profile of the firm ? To answer this question, a sample of 118 green innovations adopted in eight major French companies was collected. The results show that core paradigms play differently according to the strategic CSR profile of the firm.
