Abstract

Collaborative chains perspective represents a suitable solution for fish market clustering relying upon behavioral re-segmentation, in order to align consumer and economic operator interests. The paper is analyzing the current alternatives of coordination mechanisms of chain resources exploitation and the hybrid organizational forms accordingly, in order to meet the informed consumer exigencies on fish market. Relying upon recent conclusion of our research on innovational fish market biotechnologies for offer side, and consumer behavior changes from anticipative studies for demand side, we propose positioning alternatives enabling both firms and policy makers to guide their decision criteria affecting fish market sustainable development, through mastering appropriate collaborative strategies.
