Abstract

Lending risk in the Romanian financial-banking system expresses the probability of destabilization that may affect how the credit is used. The banking institution also plays a special role, which mentions the possibilities of repaying the loan at the due date with the related costs. In this sense, we performed the financial-banking analysis of the solvency indicators, of the risk generating causes, of the risk coverage capacity, and the administration methods at the local and national level regarding the lending risk.
