Abstract

В студията е анализиран цялостният правен режим на производ- ството по установяване на данъчните задължения в Р. България. Разгледани са правните характеристики, участниците и правните последици на отделните етапи: - декларирането на факти, обстоятелства и данъчни задължения от субектите на облагане; производството по установяване на данъчните задължения от органите по приходите и контролът за законност, упражняван върху тях по административен и съдебен ред. На тази основа производството по установяване на данъчните задължения е определено и характеризирано като сложно и самостоятелно по своя характер данъчно производство, независимо че правната уредба на отделните му етапи се съдържа в различни нормативни актове.
