Abstract

Статията представя инструментите за приложение на алтернативен подход за управление на риска в системите за вътрешен контрол при рево- люционни промени в развитието на организациите. В първата част на статията са демонстрирани функциите и приложението на инструментариума за идентифициране и измерване на заплахите за организацията. Във втората част на статията са описани ролята и приложението на инструментариума за противодействие на заплахите за организацията. Предложеният инструментариум е илюстриран с някои резултати от изследователски проект „Теоретични основи на вътрешен стандарт за измерване и оценяване на заплахите към организациите”, финансиран от фонд „Научни изследвания” на Министерството на образованието и науката на Р България.
