Ефекти От Прилагане На Европейски Политики Върху Земеделските Стопанства В Република България

Abstract

В последните години се появиха множество публикации, посветени на разнообразните ефекти от Общата селскостопанска политика (ОСП) върху земеделските стопанства в страните на Европейския съюз1. В РБългария обаче липсват всеобхватни оценки на реалните ефекти от прилагане на ОСП върху земеделските стопанства като цяло и от различен вид. В настоящата статия се представят резултатите от мащабно изследване за влиянието на ОСП на ЕС върху доходите, ефективността, конкурентоспособността и устойчивостта на земеделските стопанства от различен юридически тип, размери, специализация и географско разположение. Подходът на изследването и системата от критерии и показатели за оценка са подробно представени в предишна публикация на колектива2. За оценка на ефектите на ОСП се използва официална информация от МЗХ, НСИ и други източници, първични анкетни данни от мениджъри на ферми и експертиза с водещи експерти в дадената област.
